What platform do you build the websites on and why?For Custom Designs, I specialize in Wix websites. We design using the Wix Editor and EditorX because the sites are 100% customizable. On top of that they are easy enough for you to maintain without the need to code, or use any other hard-to-use designer programs to maintain your site. On special instances for larger eCommerce sites I use Shopify, please inquire if interested.

How is this different than the Template Restyle?Custom web design service is a completely custom website designed from scratch and created just for you. The Template Restyle is when you purchase a premade template from the shop, and we restyle it to match your brand.

What do I need to have ready before I start?I will need all of your content (images, website copy, etc) before I can start.

How long does the process take?The actual design process from the time I receive all of the content, images etc... varies depending upon the scope of work for the site and your timeframe.

What fees are not included in the Custom Website?Hosting fees and domain fees are not included in the cost of the web design. Additional fees may include upgrades to forms and or widget upgrades. We will determine what add-ons are needed, if any, when I am able to access all of the content and scope of work that is required for the website.

I have my domain name at another company (Ex. GoDaddy) is that ok?Yes! That is no problem at all. Once the site is ready for launch, we will be able to point to the domain in order for the domain to display on the new server (Wix). You also have the option to transfer your domain to Wix keeping your hosting/domain information and bill payment in the same location.
