What platform do you build the websites on and why?

For Custom Designs, I specialize in Wix websites. I design using Wix because the sites are 100% customizable. On top of that they are easy enough for you to maintain without the need to code, or use any other hard-to-use designer programs to maintain your site. On special instances for larger eCommerce sites I use Shopify, please inquire if interested.



What if I don't have time or don't want to add the information to the template?

No time? No problem! I can input all of the information to to the template for an additional fee. You would need to provide all of the content (text, logos, images etc) so that the template reflects your brand or company.



What if I purchase a template that doesn't have a shop on it? Can I add one?

Absolutly! The templates can be used as is or be a starting point to create the wevsite of your dreams. You can add or remove features at will.



How do I recieve the website template?

After purcahse, I will reach out via email and make sure that you have set up a Wix.com account and request your email so that I can transfer the website to your account.



What if I don't know how to connect my domain to the website template?

For an additinoal fee and once the site is ready for launch I will be able to point the domain in order for the domain to display on the new server (Wix).



I have my domain name at another company (Ex. GoDaddy) is that ok?

Yes! That is no problem at all. Once the site is ready for launch I will be able to point to the domain in order for the domain to display on the new server (Wix). You also have the option to transfer your domain to Wix keeping your hosting/domain information and bill payment in the same location.



Are you affiliated with Wix.com or receive commission by using their platform?

No, I do not have AN affiliation with Wix.com nor do I receive a commission from Wix.com. I use their platform because I think it's the easiest to maintain and the most customizable website platform currently on the market. I do not receive compensation on Wix hosting, domain, widget upgrades, Aceend plans etc.



What is your refund policy?

Because the products sold in my shop are digital, they cannot be returned and are therefore, non-refundable.
